• Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out up to 6 PM shall be charged 50% of the published rates, after which full rate shall be applied. Extension of stay is subject to availability.
• Long-staying packages for 10-day stay at 5% off or more are available.  Automatic availment on 10th day of stay. Travel agency bookings at 5% off regular rate.

The first hotel that provides complimentary van service to hotel guests arriving in and departing Surigao. For guests not checking in the hotel, a minimum service fee shall be charged. The service is also available for city tours.
